Still having trouble logging in/not received an Email?
Check that your manager have inserted correctly: name, id number and e-mail in TimePlan. If you work at several hotels this information must be identical on all hotels.
New or changed your e-mail/information?
Your manager has to change your e-mail address in TimePlan
Please note changes in TimePlan will take approx. 3 days before it is updated to Nordic Choice Academy.
All hotel directors have admin login. If you are missing admin login or want more admin users at you hotel order via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Franchise Hotels or hotels without TimePlan?
Contact your manager or hotel director if you are working at a hotel without Timeplan. Franchise hotels have user lists that must be updated manually with New users, new email addresses etc.
Updates/changes in franchise lists must be reported to email@example.com.
If you still are having trouble to log in, please have your manager contact firstname.lastname@example.org
